I know, Hester will totally love The Thing (1982), and the will get excited and want to watch The Thing (2011) and it will be shit, and she'll be sad. Then she'll watch the interview with the special effects crew for The Thing (2011) and learn the did everything with practical effects and the footage that remains of it is amazing, but some stupid twat decided to overlay a load of shit CGI that strips away the veritas and along with it all tension, and she'll know what was lost and be sad again.
