I'm fully supportive of men wearing dresses, either as full drag with associated female persona or just because they want to wear a dress. Maybe if we were less insistent on a rigid gender binary, people who are gender-fluid or non-binary wouldn't feel under pressure to pick pink or blue. More conspiracy theorising. Allegedly lots of orgs (or maybe just Stonewall) removed links to Mermaids from their website. This is being tied in with the BBC removing links to trans organisations from its website, to suggest @Mermaids_Gender is now cancelled. Except @stonewalluk just tweeted to say they still support Mermaids. So I think Stonewall were just reorganising their website, and people extrapolated from there.
