Great writing... Good acting. Sometimes its just the feeling you get watching it. It's hard for me to like a movie if I don't like any of the characters in the movie.

I've never understood the love for The Deer Hunter but a friend recently told me how much she loves and it went into great, passionate detail why, so I might need to rewatch it.

Only ever seen Animal House once and really didn't like it, but that was a decade ago and on panned and scanned VHS, so it's another one I need to revisit.
