I was going to do something funny where it gradually became clear I had absolutely no idea what a mortgage or how they work and that actually I had done something unrelated (and probably very banal) but I lost confidence in it and to be honest couldn't be arsed to make it work.

Now we're all stuck here, with this blot on our collective consciousnesses. Pathetic.
