Lib Dems to vote against according to BBC. Looks like there will be a Tory rebellion as well, although I imagine it will be a smaller one than expected.

I imagine that Johnson will either do a deal with some of them in the end despite talks currently being in deadlock, and others will just abstain in the end or find reasons not to during the debate to avoid losing the whip.

I reckon we'll see about 50 Tories vote against at most, with DUP and Lib Dems voting against as well.

Result of the vote, most of Labour have abstained, 6 Labour voted against, as did 7 Tories, 1 Green, 1 Alliance, and 9 Lib Dems: https://votes.parliament.uk/Votes/Commons/Division/863

330 Tories voted for the Act. Renewed with a majority of 306.

Why did most of Labour abstain?
