Android Chrome freeze

Entering text in web fields like CaB posts, my Android/Chrome browser freezes and quits inputting text.
Closing app and reopening fixes it, sometimes waiting fixes it. Google search  brings up too much shit to sort through. Anyone know the fix? I tried charging keyboards (in app setting, not hardware peripheral)

Does it on 3 phones and 2 tablets.
