Starting a new thread.

Trump is really getting annoyed with Republican Governor Kemp of Georgia on Twitter. He's also tweeted "I WON THIS ELECTION, BIG". Not sure who big is.

Been enjoying Trump's speech from Georgia over the last couple of days. Only one mention of Hillary and Obama, a few mentions of the wall and at least an hour on election fraud and ballots.

An element of "give the people what they want" - it's got him some good reactions from his lunatic base, so hammer it into the ground. Once Biden is actually President, he'll move on to another routine: "Fake President, fake news"

I hope he continues to give press conferences as the President long after Biden actually takes office

Easy to imagine him putting together a mock-up of the Oval Office somewhere and doing them from there... "everyone knows this is the real President's office. You're fake news, so you won't report it."

Me too, there's nobody in the Biden administration, or indeed anywhere in American politics, who can pick up the entertainment slack if and when Trump finally shuts his fucking stupid gob.

This just in from our why-am-i-wasting-my-time-reading-court-documents department:

Sidney's Kraken suit just got tossed.  Same as all the others, not filed in the right court for the relief they are seeking, no actual evidence.  All the trumpeters are saying 'we expected then to fail, because we want to go to the Supreme Court', except that they don't seem to realise that it's very unlikely they'll get any traction there.

Apparently there were two popes for a spell when some Italian bloke simultaneously declared himself Pope Italian Bloke XVCIIIrd.  Would be tight if Trump just split off into a second renegade presidency, but operating out of the back room of some Vegas strip joint instead of The White House.

Wouldn't that make him the Black President?

He wouldn't like that.

I was watching a few minutes of Rachel Maddow the other day and she claimed America's response to Covid was "bollocks". I love hearing that word in a septic accent.

Jog on, Captain Z’s “Count Rushed-More” was a far more apposite thread title that I denied.
