Mobius

Never understood the point of this feature. Waste of time. Discuss.

Mister Six

Way of showing off the graphics engine without investing too much dev time.

Obel

It's marketing innit. Gamers who want upvotes on reddit post all their pointless pretty photos, everybody likes it and hears about this new game then they go out and buy it and take photos like the idiots they are.

ASFTSN

Wouldn't have played anywhere near as much Subnautica or Elite Dangerous without it. A way to tell your own story while you explore an imaginary world and share it with other interested parties. Love it.

The Bumlord

Spent more time using photo mode in Cyberpunk than actually playing it.

Elderly Sumo Prophecy

Like the share button on PS4, it's one of those things I only ever use once and then never again. It was even in Red Dead 2 for fucks sake. In 1899. Oh yes.

Claude the Racecar Driving Rockstar Super Sleuth

I certainly can't be bothered uploading any snaps to social media, but I do quite like tinkering with the photo mode in particularly flash looking games. I like taking photos in real life, so mucking about with a virtual camera appeals to me.
