Haha, made me laugh out loud for the first time in ages. I love that sort of thing. I used to do a stand-up routine about automatically lapsing into broken English when I thought I was talking to a foreign waiter, only to realise he was just as English as I was, at which point I just had to carry on as if that was how I always spoke.
