Ever? Well the first time I can remember was a children's TV thing (may have been a magic show) where they made the boys speak with girls' voices and vice versa. I can only have been four or five but it gave me a strange feeling in my shorts.

However that sort of thing doesn't appear in my adult fantasies (cross-dressed once at a party.
