Billy Carrots is an absolute fucking wanker. In 2007 we did a deal where I'd pay £100 towards a new TV he wanted and in exchange I could keep the TV during my six-month stay. He took the £100 and I never saw him again. I sent a message to his brother asking if he could step in, and the message was marked as seen on Facebook, but of course no reply.
