Here's a great little montage by Everything is Terrible of hacky anti-union jokes in American sitcoms (quite literally the same joke in many cases).

Irony is that most of the people who performed and wrote these clips would have been members of SAG or the Writers Guild. Also I had never heard of the film Norma Rae before, any good?
