The last thread from a few years back is here featuring some great stuff.

Starting with the best short story ever, The Pedestrian by Ray Bradbury

If you can think of a better short story please share it here.

Replacements by Lisa Tuttle, I was really impressed with it.

The Egg by Andy Weir which I hated with a passion but apparently is good for discussion (discussion around how shit it is but see what you think of it).

White Rabbits by Leonora Carrington, I wish I had discovered her 20 years ago.

Someone does a real nice reading of The Town Manager by Thomas Ligotti on YouTube

And Gas Station Carnivals, which feels like the sort story version of the winkies diner bit in mullholand drive

Something That Needs Nothing by Miranda July

I’m finding her stuff incredibility hit and miss but this one is typical if you just want a quick flavour.
