Phillip Moxham of Young Marble Giants went on to become a cartoonist, and worked on the "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" film.

A quick roundup of ex-members of The Fall:

Martin Bramah, the original guitarist, who had his own band The Blue Orchids, and rejoined The Fall in 1989-90, ended up working as a van driver.

Steve Hanley, who was the pivotal bass player from 1979 to 1998, finally quitting after the infamous Brownies gig in New York, is now a caretaker at a school in Manchester.

Craig Scanlon, who joined as guitarist in 1979 and was sacked in 1995, now works for Manchester Social Services.

Brix has her own boutique in North London.

Marc Riley became a broadcaster.

The others are probably all in a pub somewhere.

Loz Hardy of Kingmaker now does film music.
