Hey all. Of late I've been night-sitting for a sick member of family. Generally involves 7hrs of farting about online and 1hr of doing stuff.

What are your favourite internet wastes of time? Can't make too much sound or download games. I've GeoGuessr'd myself blue.

Listening to Owen Paul records.

Edit: sorry, thought this was HS Art. I tend to watch a load of stuff on YouTube, like food reviews, old TV, etc.

The Ringways pages here: https://www.roads.org.uk/ringways

A project that completely upended my S. Hertfordshire/N. London childhood and young adulthood, but the could have done so much more damage than it managed to. I love following the pathways of the the roads that might have been, and mentally ticking off what would have been demolished on the way through.

Are you familiar with SABRE? They've got a good few pages about that sort of thing that you might find interesting. Not that I go there or anything.

Yeah I think years of sporcle have enabled me to point out any country on a map, Rain Man style.

But yeah, sporcle, stumbleupon (if it still exists) and youtube.

touchingcloth

Never heard of GeoGuessr before, but that is getting added to the procrastination rotation now.

I haven't done more than skim that Ringways thing yet, because I know myself and once I started I'd need to finish. I'll direct any questions I might have about the endeavour to Buzby. Looks like an impressive amount of work has gone into that site, though.

I quite enjoy masturbating to internet pornography. Give it a go, you might like it!
