Good documentaries

ITT documentary recommendations: not grim ones, or great ones, just good ones.

I recently enjoyed this one about KFC, filmed in 2014:

2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OO7jYkZvnz8
3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeyoeNXHOFE

And if that doesn't full you up, of course there's the classic from 2013, "The Fried Chicken Shop"

I once worked in a similar sort of fast food place for a year, and I hated it. I realize now that they weren't a bad employer, I just didn't like the people, or how it made me feel to work there. What's more, I liked watching these because I now live abroad and I forget what British people are like, sometimes - these shows are full of scenes you just don't see where I currently live (Berlin).

I like to have stuff like this in on in the background so please suggest similarly good docs that don't require me to think too much.

O.J.: Made in America

Wiki link as I can't find a free stream, but it's fantastic. It's ostensibly about the rise and fall of O.J. Simpson, but it puts it in the context of the LA police, so in parallel it gives a potted history of race relations in the US.

Ken Burns' The Vietnam War.

It's 18 hours long, but it's excellent.

Just watched "The Fried Chicken Shop" for the first time and surprisingly loved it! Shame that the KFC link isn't working because I'm in the mood for more chicken shop high jinks.
