Decent headsets
« on: April 07, 2021, 04:48:25 PM »
Bought some Sennheisers, the wire cracked and it stopped working after a few weeks. Same with the replacement. I'm sure I just got unlucky twice, but I'm going to get something different. Preferably wireless, but it's not essential, and preferably with a mic, but also not essential. Anyone got a decent, not terribly expensive suggestion?

Cheers me old, I thought it was just about the players not the headsets but I'll investigate.

I find the wireless HyperX Cloud Flight pretty comfortable and with tolerable battery life. Has a slightly irritating feature relating to stupid LEDs that insist on turning themselves back on and halving that battery life. Can't speak to sound quality, but I think they're fine. You can probably get them for £60-80 now?
