Proposal to mitigate increasing rise of Anus-centric postings outside of HS Art

Two options left on the table at present:

HS Art 2 - easy to replicate HS Art, cost of £350m, 9 months to startup.

New subforum - new subforum would have to be designed, estimated £2bn cost, 3 years to design and build.

At this stage its looking difficult to justify the new subforum a lot of people were calling for.
