Depends which order you brush them.

what's the best order to brush them and how does that determine the second-best tooth

I'd like to have my molars at the front.  Can they be easily switched?

It's different for everyone.  I would need to see inside your mouth to ascertain your own personal spectrum.  The second-best tooth is simply the second one to be brushed.

I gotta say doc I had my doubts but you are surely one of the greatest dentists I've ever had the pleasure to work with

Molars are easily switched with each other (left-right, top-bottom), but not so easily with incisors and canines.  Would you describe your desires with this as a health concern or a cosmetic one?

Wanna chew at the front of my face.  Big chewy fuck, chewing.

Can I have a sit in your special chair

If I ever need the support of someone who copies maths homework for a living, I'll let you out of your jar.

Yeah he is.  Little tiny voice reverberating within his glass enclosure.  His comments are going to be ironic at all times, but he thinks I haven't noticed because he wants to stroke my ego at the same time and be let out of his jar.

Well he needs to learn his lesson so he is staying in there

Do you think this kind of passive aggression makes for a seemly way to comport yourself, as a 'distinguished dentist'?

I shall speak to supply staff as I please.  Normally the public and patients wouldn't hear little internal rows of this sort.  But on such a balmy day the office windows are all open.

I know what is a joke - 3 pages dedicated to a charlatan that has wrecked so many lives and hasn't even got the tonsils to apologise. There are kids walking around with their lips on backwards, tongues upside down, and teeth stitched into their cheeks like a god-damn pebbled-dashed garage.

Excuse me but it's not my fault that people are coming to me asking for stuff to be done to their lips, tongues and their cheeks.  There are other specialists for these things yet I am having people pay me good money to work on ornamental parts of their mouths and they expect me to give even half a shit about them.

Fine, you would inexplicably pay a brain surgeon top dollar to pop around in his pyjamas and carefully remove all the roots of ground elder from your fuckin vegetable patch.  And then you'd be up in arms that he isn't that fussed about doing a good job because it is obviously beneath him, both literally and figuratively in this instance, by the way, unless the garden is up on a shelf somehow which wouldn't surprise me to be honest.

Well it's the way the world works, so lump it like a horse has cubes.  It makes me not a charlatan but a man of principles.

1. can you get all your teeth out

2. if you got all your teeth out could you put them back in

3. if you got all your teeth out and you couldn't put them back in what's the next best thing to put in instead of teeth

What's a good amount of teeth?

A good amount of teeth is defined as whatever feels most comfortable and natural in any given mouth.  Some prefer only one or two teeth, or no teeth.  Some prefer hundreds and insist on implantations to fill every spare pore inside their mouths with teeth.  Most people prefer somewhere in the region of 30 teeth, on average.

You can have them all removed if you no longer need or want them.  Re-transplanting them may be tricky once they are out, as they are not labelled and you may instead gain someone else's teeth.

Next best thing:  probably old bits of metal and glass so keys, bottle tops, anything already smashed.  Bring along your week's recycling if it hasn't already been taken.

This thread is not funny. It cost me €30,000 euro to get my teeth reinforced in Albania.

Mr Farenheit

I 'm always forgetting the names of the different teeth. Any good acronyms or poems to help me remember?

That's what you get for stubbornly refusing to receive my dentistry care.

I can't share what I used during my training as it's restricted information, but I often gift this handy mnemonic guide to my patients:

The most fitting tune is "doe a deer a female deer".

Some patients also find it natural to think of the teeth as "knuckles of the mouth", if that helps.

Mr Farenheit

Thanks, that really rolls off the tongue. Just like my teeth did that time you treated me hahahaha

But seriously I only came in for a cleaning and instead you rendered me unconscious with some kind of dentist's club and took out all my teeth. What was all that about?

Replies From View

What do you mean what was it "about"?  You demanded holographic teeth instead of physical ones and I got half way through the operation before you bolted.  And you didn't pay either!

pancreas

This is disturbing. OK, RfV may be a quack and a charlatan, but if you get holographic teeth from him, you better cough up for the privilege.
