Your dad has started a relationship with a spooky skeleton.

He seems to be very happy, but the spooky skeleton regularly performs some of the following spooky antics.

  • Hides in chests only to erupt from them in a most startling and spooky manner
  • A spooky rattle of all its bones while cackling maniacally until its skull falls off
  • removes its femur and uses it to play a bone-chilling recital of the plain-chant Dies Irae on its ribcage

Is such spooky behaviour permissible in modern society?

I don't know whether it's non-permissible as such, but I think people feel they have to turn a blind eye.  Skeletons tend not to respond automatically to the command "no thank you, I don't like it" so what more can anyone do?

Do skeletons collect and collate semen?  Asking for a friend.

Is the skeleton's "spookiness" measurable, by the way?  Or is this yet another of those subjective accounts.

look I think by this skeleton's behaviour, it is pretty objective that it is SERIOUSLY spooky.

Creepy perhaps.  Still not sure about spooky.
