Your dad keeps going on about being a legend of the house scene, he won't stop droning on about his "stylin'  DJ skills" and being a mad acid raver in his day.

"1988-92, they were the golden years," he tells me over Skype. "You'd always find me at the Hacienda or the Ministry of Sound, and I occasionally got over to New York, Chicago, Amsterdam and Ibiza for a mad session! I'd be loved up an largin' it, laying down some phat beats over the latest top choon!"

He may be heading for sixty, but he's kept up with the times! "I was one of the first people in the UK to own a mobile phone," he boasts, "and I don't mean the Del Boy yuppie brick ones, I mean the ones you could text on! I walked into the local pub with it one day in '96 and was the envy of all!"

So there you have it, your dad is at it again! What will he witter on about next? YOU decide!
