Chris Goss of Masters Of Reality, who is the halfway point between Jack Bruce and Josh Homme vocally (w/ a touch of Bowie), listening to whom is like drinking a very smooth liqueur. Sometimes he sounds almost like the human version of a bowed saw, as well.

I've always found the voice of Jim O'Rourke very pleasing. Not the best singer admittedly but his tone works for me.
