2)  .........and she starts bellowing at you from a safe distance:  "all your soil is slugs now!!"  - grinning.  And you can't understand but you zoom in on your soil using your eyes, and lo and behold all the soil has been replaced with tiny slugs, writhing around, of no use to the plants at all and they will definitely eat all the plants soon enough.  Highly displeasing.
