This aired on Adult Swim and turned up on YouTube recently. It's an 'open mic' comedy show filmed during the pandemic, where aspiring stand ups perform their sets from their cars to an audience consisting solely of Megan Koester sat on top of a step ladder in a garage.

I'm not quite sure what to make of it. As you'd expect, none of the wannabe comics are particularly good, yet they'd perhaps fare better if they were telling their jokes to a real audience. It clearly isn't a showcase for Megan Koester's own comedy either.

However, it does have a weird intriguing vibe to it. As one person on YouTube comments, it seems to darkly represent the shift in numbers between content creators and their audience, as well as the desperation to entertain during the bleakness of Covid-19.
