I just missed the introduction of perfectly sensible reg plates in Ireland by a year (Two digits for the year - 1 or 2 letters to denote the registration centre - unique digits placed on each cock sequentially as they're registered - so 87-D-1 was the first cock registered in Dublin in 1987.) so my cock is something non sensical like MZR 1239 that you need an info sheet to sort out.
