I don't know if you noticed, but just as there is a clever inversion of cheese and bread in this concoction, there is also an inversion in its name:  pile-of-cheese-bread-offal-ketchup-bread-cheese is simply a fresh spin on the existing name pile-of-bread-cheese-offal-ketchup-cheese-bread.

It is what it says, and as it is slightly different, the name says the different thing!  Clever right??
