Obscure (?) modern synth pop track I've never been able to find (riff inside)

it has a dream-pop/ethereal soft sounding female vocalist and a guest verse by a rapper, both of them sounding like they have London accents.

the "riff" is on a loud Nero/Pendulum type synth and the song has a fast crashing rhythm section that contrasts with the slow synth

I've played those melodies on a crude piano but the actual song has big production and sounds like Nero, Justice, maybe a hyperpop artist

I think the female lyrics contained the lines "I don't care..." and "forgive me but..."
