Oh that's wonderful. The last time I saw her she'd done her Q&A at the Lighthouse bookshop in Embra and was talking about popping over to Glasgow for that very gig and really looking forward to it. This is exactly what she would have wanted. Really made me smile, that :)

Many refuges are not in a position to accept pets so in many cases people experiencing domestic abuse are unable to leave their home until they know there is somewhere safe for their dog.
