This is an eye opening read, even if much isn't particularly surprising. Low level complacency and occasional downright incompetency, all the while the PR was making out as thought it was secure.

This place is a bougie shithole that most locals already refuse to eat in because of how badly they treat the waiting staff. I feel bad for the staff though, and it's quite worrying to consider this in the context of the reopening that's happening here and in Britain.
