Doubly positive?

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere on this board but Id not heard of this happening before and wondered if someone else had experienced this or could explain it?

Two blokes at work tested positive on the PCR tests so stayed home for ten days then went for another one before they were allowed back to work. Both positive again. How please?

They were ill for more than 10 days.

Or is this one of those things where it turns out that they had to be each other's son?

Ah, thanks I knew it would be something high faluting and technical like that. So will they have to do another ten days or what?
