Late 1990s TV Advert Identification Puzzle

Howdy howdy howdy

I badly need to track down - and hopefully thereby escape - a persistent earworm that originates in a nineties UK tv advert.

It'd be from circa 1997 to 1999, and I think maybe something to do with insurance or car insurance.

There'd be 30 secs or whatever of generic advert footage, followed by the business details accompanied by a jaunty muted solo trumpet playing something that sounded right out of a seventies sitcom i.e. deliberately naff and cheesy music.

It was around for a while IIRC with whatever filmed footage concluding with the semi-ironic tune.

Not much to go on, but surely someone will know of what I speak.  There are only so many 1990s adverts I can sit through on YouTube.....

Thanks. Direct Line was my first thought as well, but none of the ones I could find really fit the bill.

Not Colin's Sandwich either. 

More like cinema intermission / come and buy a choc ice music but on the brass rather than on an organ. I think.  Or maybe it was an organ.

My first thought would be something along the lines of "Spanish Flea", but I can't recall that ever being used on an ad?

I loved (an still do, even though I was too young to know what premiums were) this advert because of the lady's posh voice, sadly the lady in this would be dead now, luckly she died queitly in her sleep. R.I.P the lady on this, you were fantastic."
