1. Once its started, its started. No additions to the running order.

Well how about a double-ended worm then next time? Top person on the list starts the left end, bottom person starts the right end. Top person passes the segment down and so on, bottom person passes the segment up? Person(s) in the middle then stitch both halves together with their own kerrazy middle segments.
