The conservatives have now joined the lib dems in their refusal to take part in the 'Blair' I mean 'Butler' report due to the remit being restricted to organisations and processes rather than individual failings. The pressure on Blair mounts and I can only presume if Tony keeps brushing these things off I might start to belive he is God after all.

And just who are you to question the almighty?

Nearly Annually

A press release issued this afternoon from number 10 states that:

QuoteI am rubber. You are glue.

Nice tabloid title, by the way, henry.

Pinball

Lord Butler:

1. Old git who's retired & expendable, and needs the money

2. Narrow scope of reference so irrelevant

3. Friend of Tony so Catholic absolution of the government guaranteed or their money back

Bottomline: Hutton Part 2.

Any questions? ;-)

Mind you, Howard looks a bit of a tit for weasling out of the qnquiry now, so not all the heat is on Blair.
