I may out myself as being a dietary child, but recently I got ahold of a case of those really nice Nissin Demae Ramen noodles in a variety of flavors, and I've been experimenting with dumping a whisked egg into the broth while boiling it, and I've gotta say, it's the dog's bollocks. Anyone else tried this?

Chedney Honks

This is the correct thing to do. Good choice.

Egg on or in noodles is perfectly normal.

Ramen isn't complete without a soy-sauce-darkened boiled egg in there.

My favorites are the Nissin Demae tonkotsu, specifically the green packet Kyushu Tonkotsu type, but I've heard good things about Indomie too.

The Crumb

Best instant Noodles are probably one of the Korean ones, Nongshim are widely available, and delicious. Fuck that sodium content though.

The Black Garlic ones are hands down the best noodles I've ever had. A day's worth of salt in one pack mindye.
