Harvey Danger, the band that did Flagpole Sitta (the Peep Show series 2 theme) have released their new studio album for people to download for free, no strings attached, from their website.

It basically boils down to the fact that they're wanting more people to listen to their music, and they'll get loads of publicity from this move.
