Yes. Can't bloody stand the show.

But when I watched two more episodes the whole falling over thing became very old quickly and the show became very predictable and I didn't bother to watch another one.

This is it exactly. It very quickly became lazy and self indulgent.

Did she really fall over a lot in Not Going Out? Happy to be proven wrong, but I don't remember her doing so at all.

Breaking stuff was a recurring joke, but I don't remember any falling over. She was an important plot device as a "spy" in the house that could convince/help Lee to act on his feelings towards Lucy.
