Hi lads,

Does anyone know where I can listen to Down The Line. I don't live in England so iPlayer doesn't work.

Fourble is very good for radio shows.

Not sure about linking here but google 'down the line archive.org'.

Excellent thanks mate, even works on my phone.

Ace, I'll take a look at that. Always need more audio stuff to listen to at work.

Does anyone know where I can see Will Arnett guest hosting The Late Late Show in 2015? It was really silly and hilarious, parodying a late night talk show ON a late night talk show. It seems to have vanished though. SOS!

There is a channel on YouTube which is currently uploading all of the late-era Craig Ferguson Late Late Shows; it's feasible they may have a copy of the Arnett show. Drop them a line?

I'm wondering if anyone has the DivX version of the torque TV brass eye pilot. I know it's on youtube, but I'd love to get my hands on a copy that hasn't been annihilated by youtube's shitty compression algorithm. The wayback machine archived the torrent file, so if you've got it, you should be able to just pop the avi in your downloads folder, download the torrent from the link below, and let DHT work its magic.

Thanks heaps,

No joy on my last one, so let's try this. a sketch about Richard Branson going 24 hours with no publicity.

vvking

Hello! I'm desperately looking for the older seasons of Live at the Apollo, and I can't find them anywhere. Can anyone help me?

Peanuttie

Hope it's okay to ask here.

I'm looking for quite a while now for all the bits with Mel Smith & Griff Rhys Jones from the 1995 Comic Relief. There are only two small clips with them from that Comic Relief on YouTube but the rest is missing. Anyone an idea where I could find the rest?

Also, are there any clips or even full episodes available online of "Smith and Goody" or maybe it's Christmas special? I've never watched the show before and only saw some bits of it in that one TV documentary of Mel Smith which aired in 2013.

Dr Rock

Slightly cheating as I found it now. The Absolutely sketch about words. Me and my friend would do that thing where you recite it to each other and laugh.

Oh my god, great stuff.

Does anyone have the great Australian comedy, Danger 5?  Please DM.

Famous Mortimer

A decent chunk of it is on Youtube, including all of series 2 (with Russian subtitles).

Small Man Big Horse

It seems well seeded on the pirate bay as well.

I have to stop searching in "All Categories" on the pirate bay because... though "danger" doesn't sound inherently porny to me, I didn't see anything Danger 5 related on the first page of search results!

Series 2 of Danger 5 is not there, however, so that's still on my wishlist if anyone can supply it.

edit: it seems that I was wrong! Just be careful with how you search - it is there

Biiiiiiiig long shot here. Does anyone have (or even remember) a 1998 sitcom on Carlton called Get Real? Seinfeld-esque premise of 3 friends living in Ladbroke Grove, notable for starring Lindsay Duncan. So far I've only managed to find one episode on an academic archive site that annoyingly can't be ripped from.

Something more recent, I've always wanted to see an RTE pilot called Handy starring Louisa Harland from a few years back.

Famous Mortimer

That is an impressively tricky one, as there was a movie from the same year with the same title, and Jesse Eisenberg appears to star in another "Get Real" TV show from 1999.

The show you're after is also notable for being co-created by Alan Davies, but that doesn't really help either.

I don't know if it's frowned on here but there's some good LAFFS to be had on Tik Tok. I'm a fan of this guy:

Not sure TikTok really fits with the theme of the thread?

Fair enough, I can't find anywhere to our stuff like that, will delete though

Anyone remember a radio series (2 parts a series?) from the 80s called something like 'The History of Pop'?

It was a mock-doc of the history of pop music, I think done by Philip Pope, probably as a spin-off from his pop spoofs on Radio Active.

DavidJatt

How do you delete posts? Someone let a serf like me know.

Lots of exciting excitement about it in this thread from the good old days: https://www.cookdandbombd.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=8210.0

There's a pinned thread in PictureBox for links to funny videos, if that sounds more like it.

I don't think you can delete posts.

That Rob Newman Scribblings doc thing from the other thread would be pretty great.

Oh. Chris Langham. I presume that's fucked any danger of it being repeated then.

Ah no worries, my bad. I have too much self loathing to start threads so I'll try there
