Actually I quite like the fish cakes one.

I did laugh at the extreme change in tone from the first joke to the second. It's a perfect encapsulation of those old comics.

We had this Polish woman staying with us and my wife run her a bath and when she turned round the woman was completely hairless down there...looked like a money box!

I got the night train down to Penzance over the summer, and the walls between the cabins are pretty thin, you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing. This pair of boomers take the cabin next to us and as we're settling down to sleep, I hear them watching something at high volume, and it sounded like some sort of stand up. I couldn't work who it was, but it eventually ended.

I always had Jethro down as a fairly innocuous comic from the daft pictures I saw of him. The Cornish Jimmy Cricket? Can't say I've heard or seen a single routine, but then I saw these DVD covers and thought, "Oh, that's a shame. He actually appears to be the Cornish Roy 'Chubby' Brown."
