Can anyone identify this 8 second clip of "rave" music from circa 1991 or before

Heard this and all I know about it is that it was played at a "1991 rave" night. Whether that means it was released in 1991, before 1991 or around 1991 who knows. Shazam is having no luck with it. Might be a mix that was done on the night but I'm sure I recognise that main "duh duh, du du du du duh, duh duh" and would very much like to hear a full song with it.
