Not sure how many of you use this useful, but frustrating bit of software, but I'm having an issue what what I would assume to be quite a simple task. I want to create a behaviour that moves immediately to the next frame on the MouseUp, regardless of where the button is in the timeline. Its a gallery that requires next/previous buttons and I dont want to have to make a bunch of behaviours to skip to specific frames, because that would be a total pain in the arse.

Like I say, this should be simple, but when it comes to coding in Lingo so am I.

This is the script I'm using just now that doesn't; work

on mouseUp me
 go to next frame

end

Error message is "variable used before assigned value"

I fucking hate director, but was made to do it for a uni module. Anyway, give this a try...

on mouseUp me
go to the frame + 1
end

I'm doing this from memory so it may not work.
