I've learned to contort my anus as I squeeze a poo out so that it curls into different shapes, like using an extruder.
I've just perfected the pretzel, twisting it around as it emerges through, contracting and releasing the rectal muscles and looping it in a nice bow.
It's a real shame to flush them away these days, but then, it's sort of a nice reminder of how ephemeral everything in life really is.
