Reported infections will see a big jump today

For the UK, specifically England. They're finally going to count episodes rather people, so reinfections will be counted. The "by specimen date" will be revised historically, so there won't be a spike on the graph, although the numbers will have gone up significantly. The "by date reported" graph isn't going to be revised, so there will be a step change on the graph.
