Any kind of stealth gameplay without disguises is a bit pointless in SA, largely because of 47's excruciatingly slow sneaking speed, going between that and Contracts is a bit of a shock, and also he abandons that slightly silly Nosferatu pose while he's sneaking. Also (and this is at least true for the console version) you can't look around without 47 looking in the direction of the camera, and as far as I can tell the disguises seem to be more effective when you're being seen from the back, so it's a fair bit of a contradiction.
