I reckon American Sniper killed the American X film with its actual patriotism. Stupid Clint Eastwood. From American Pie, American Movie, and American Beauty (all 1999ish), to American Hustle, then he ruins it. Glad it's sort of resurrected, but what are the odds of an American Ninja remake?
