Running A Kickstarter Campaign

So I've produced a photo-strip comic, a homage to the eighties series Doomlord, and I'm running a Kickstarter campaign for it where all profits will be going to Cancer Research, and overall I'm really happy with how it's going. But it has lost a lot of momentum over the past week, so I was wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice as to how promote a campaign?

I have spammed a lot of facebook groups, sent PR releases to comics websites, and then offered advance review copies, and have asked people I know to post about it on twitter, and managed to get a quick Q&A with the editor of the eighties Eagle comic, but I've run out of any ideas now, so if anyone has any suggestions that would be enormously appreciated.
