I have loved this band for 25+ years and never seen them. I am so excited about this and it's not until nearly bloody Christmas.

The Bed Is In The Ocean is one of my favourite records ever.

My partner is dead excited about this. I have to say, I'd never even heard of them before.

Solid contribution from me there.

Lovely news

Anyone know what the Rescue Rooms are like?
Nearest is The Fleece, Bristol but that place is soulless, I can't imagine seeing Karate there.

Saw them at Primavera last year and thoroughly enjoyed their set, going in blind as was completely unfamiliar with their stuff. So if you're a fan I'd say you're in for a treat. Geoff Farina's voice has more than held up, I thought he maybe even sounded better in Barcelona than on the old records I was spurred into checking out.

Assuming it's the same math-rockish people I'm thinking of.

Yeah, slow(core), jazzy, gentle. Beautiful.
