Finally completed Code Veronica... the bit where Claire has to smash the crystal and collect the security card without getting smushed, then outrun Mutant Steve and then Chris has to fight Alexia ALL WITHOUT A SAVE OPPORTUNITY is a ginormous pain in the arse.

An absolute bastard. I always think of the fight on the plane and the last boss as being the really hard bits but that section is much worse. If you haven't a couple fade sprays with you, no matter how skilled you are, you're not getting away from Steve. Hate it.

But also really want to replay it!

Tbh, I'd probably still be struggling with it without online help. In any case Micro Store currently have RE2 remake for about 15 squids so I might treat meself!

Do aye it's brilliantly atmospheric despite the incessant player chatter. Well worth that price.
