Found out this morning that raisins and sultanas are made from the same grapes but treated differently in the drying process. That's a good un innit.

Frozen grapes are great in summer, little individual sorbet bombs. Grape flavour only though.

Muscat grapes > normal grapes

Apparently riesling grapes are fantastic for eating but I haven't tried. Most wine grapes are too tannic and sweet. [/sermon]
