Receiving Track & Trace Texts - But Not Having The App

"NHS Test and Trace Venue Alert: You recently visited a venue on the same day as others who have since tested positive for COVID-19, and there is a risk you may have been exposed to the virus."

Don't have the app, don't have location enabled on my phone.
Even if this were true, how would they know?

Always have my vaccine proof with me, but have only ever been asked for that once.

I've asked, there's only 3 people this could apply to - and none of them received the same text or are at all 'viddy'.

Putting it down to government ineptitude.

Nope. No details at all. Just the text I gave.

Text came yesterday, haven't been anywhere since Monday.

I think I've worked it out.
The number it came through on was my work mobile, which I inherited.
I bet the person who had it before me is still linked to it.
