Music video based on scene from Meaning of Life?

Flicking around cable at a friend's place the other day, I briefly stumbled across some dancey-ish music video which seemed to be based on the scene from Monty Python's Meaning of Life where Graham Chapman is chased off a cliff by a crowd of topless girls in cycling gear - except in this video they weren't topless.

Anyone else seen this?
